Tres Leches (Original) 

A light sponge cake soaked with a mixture of three kinds of milk -evaporated, condensed, & homogenized - and filled with our homemade Spanish pastry cream. NOTE: Can also de done with your choice of filling (non-original).

Tiramisu (Cappuccino) 

Sponge cake bathed in espresso and rum liqueur, then filled with a custard cheese filling.

German Chocolate 

Moist chocolate cake layered and finished with a classic German chocolate filling of pecans, coconut and caramel.

Black Forest

Moist chocolate cake layered with  a cherry filling.

Fruit Cocktail

Your choice of cake, with a mixture of seasonal fruits.

Napoleon (Mille-feuille)

A flaky cake made of several layers of a puff pastry alternating with cream or your choice of filling.
