Mukbil-Pollo "Pib"

Pib X'catik

Your choice of battered pan-fried fire roasted blond peppers, stuffed with Cochinita Pibil. Topped with white sauce & zesty tomato sauce or plain & topped with red onion.

Pipián

Choice of pork or Turkey meat simmered in a rich ground pumpkin seed and achiote sauce.
 

Poc Chuc

Queso Relleno

Relleno Blanco/Alcaparrado
